The User obliges himself to make a correct use of the portal and of the contents included in conformity with the law and this Legal Notice.

The User is responsible to Startrade Management, for any damage that could cause harm or damages as a result of the failure of that obligation.

The User has the right to use tools for the detection and cleanup of damaged programs.

The Startrade Management is not responsible, in any case, for any damages and losses that these elements may cause to the User and others.Startrade Management cannot guarantee the availability of the service in cases where there are failures and / or disconnections in telecommunication networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the portal’s service.
